Virtual Learning Communities (VLCs)
Our Virtual Learning Communities are different than most online courses in that each VLC has a facilitator who guides the course, provides valuable feedback, and fosters a community of learners. We believe professional learning should:
Model innovative practices
Provide new learning
Have participants design materials to use in school immediately
Join a Virtual Learning Community course and gain 25 hours of self-paced engagement, in addition to continual feedback and assistance, and video conference sessions. Work at times convenient for you and have fun challenging your pedagogical thinking.

Online, on-demand Professional Learning Experiences (PLEs)
Each Professional Learning Experience is designed based on research-based frameworks to build student agency, teacher efficacy, and equitable, high-impact instructional practices through innovative professional learning.
PLEs provide:
Opportunities for staff to share and interact with their colleagues in any professional learning opportunity, whether it is ten minutes, an hour, or a full day!
Collaborative protocols and structures are embedded throughout the PLE to engage educators in purposeful conversations, identify patterns across classrooms, and share strategies they have gained to build collective capacity
Downloadable tools that can be replicated for classroom use and used in pre- and post- observation conferences
